For many years, I’ve been searching for a book full of inspirations on how to happily live to 100. Since I couldn’t find one, I decided to write one myself.
I want to address all 8 billion people — the inhabitants of our Earth — with my work. That includes: women, men, teenagers, non-binary people, the elderly, the young, the middle-aged, and even centenarians. ☺
